There is a very spicy snack in Jecheon called ‘Red Fish Cake’ which is very famous among locals. The fish cake is covered with a red chili seasoning and costs 700 won per piece, which is not a very cheap price. However, it is so delicious that people often end up buying two pieces instead of just one.

 
When you visit the Jecheon market, you cannot miss the tteokbokki restaurant in the corner. Not only the red fish cake, but also tteokbokki, fried snacks, and other Korean snacks are very popular there.
