A five-day route built for people travelling together — a family, a group of friends, a small company trip. Three nights in Busan so you unpack once, two UNESCO World Heritage sites, a morning picking fruit in a greenhouse, and a free last day in Seoul before the flight home.
This is the itinerary we run most often for groups of ten or more. It is paced for mixed ages: long drives are broken where it suits, the middle day is outdoors and at the markets, and the last day has nothing scheduled at all.
A. Hotels. Three to four star, twin rooms. The usual choice, and the easiest if your group is spread across several bookings.
B. One house for everyone. We rent a whole private house or apartment so your group stays under one roof, with a kitchen and a living room to gather in. Available for groups of six or more. Please note there is no front desk, no daily housekeeping and no hotel breakfast — in exchange you get the whole place to yourselves.
C. A mix. A house in Busan where you stay three nights, a hotel in Seoul for the last night. This is what most large families end up choosing.
Tell us your group and your dates and we will say which of the three we would recommend, and why. Anything beyond these three we are happy to discuss — tell us what you have in mind and we will quote it.
The price per person changes a great deal with the size of your group, because the coach, the guide and the house are shared between you. The figure shown is a guide for a group of twelve sharing. Send us your dates and numbers and we will come back with an exact quotation and a day-by-day plan.
A note on how we plan. Most national museums in Korea close on Mondays, ferries stop in rough weather, and some farms only pick in season. We build the order of the days around what is actually open when you are here, rather than handing you a fixed list.
Your guide and private driver meet you in the arrivals hall at Incheon International Airport.
– Private coach transfer straight to Busan. The drive is long, so we break it where it suits your family.
– Check in and settle into your accommodation.
– Afternoon and evening at an easy pace along the Busan coast, ending with the lit Gwangan Bridge over the water.
– First of three nights in Busan.
Full day out of Busan to Gyeongju, capital of the Silla kingdom for a thousand years.
– [UNESCO] Bulguksa Temple, a representative relic of Buddhist culture from the Silla Kingdom.
– The royal tomb mounds and the old quarter, where the streets are low and wide and easy to walk.
– Lunch is your own choice — your guide will take you to the Gyeongju dishes worth trying.
– Back to Busan in the late afternoon. Evening free.
– Second night in Busan.
Morning: a two-hour tangerine picking session in a greenhouse farm at Gimhae, booked privately for your group. Children can pick and eat as they go.
– Fruit picking is seasonal — tangerines run roughly from November to February. Outside that window we swap in another hands-on experience and tell you in advance what it will be.
– Afternoon in central Busan — Gukje Market and BIFF Square, for street food and browsing at your own speed.
– Note on Mondays: most national museums in Korea close. If your Day 3 falls on a Monday we build it around the farm and the markets, which stay open.
– Third night in Busan.
Late check-out from Busan around 11:00, so nobody has to rush the morning.
– Scenic drive north to Andong.
– [UNESCO] Andong Hahoe Folk Village, a working village inside a bend of the Nakdong River where families have lived in the same houses for six hundred years.
– Lunch in Andong, known across Korea for its own style of cooking.
– Evening: on to Seoul and check in.
– One night in Seoul.
A free day in Seoul. No schedule, no guide — shopping in Hongdae, cafes, last souvenirs, or simply a slow morning.
– 15:00: private transfer collects you from your accommodation.
– Drop-off at Incheon International Airport in good time for an evening flight.
